What We Do
Workforce Solutions of Central Texas services are developed to promote
the delivery of programs and services to meet the needs of business, industry,
and workers. These services are designed to place Texans in jobs and to equip
workers with the skills needed to foster economic development. We work with
employers, employees, and the general public to achieve these goals.
Our Mission Statement is:
To provide quality education, training, and labor market services that give employers and residents of the region competitive advantage in the global economy.
Our purpose/vision is:
“Creating futures by bringing people and jobs together”
How We Are Structured
The Workforce Solutions of Central Texas system was designed under
the leadership of the Workforce
Solutions of Central Texas Board. They in turn
get guidance from local businesses, educators, and community based organizations.
Workforce Solutions of Central Texas centers deliver the services
within our seven-county, Central Texas area.
