on the reason you left that employment, you may still
be eligible. |

Why
can't I find a job that pays as well as the one I left? Labor
markets vary depending on location. Issues such as cost
of living, labor availability and number and types of
businesses affect area wage rates. Wages in Central Texas
may be somewhat lower than in other areas because of the
factors mentioned. |

What can you do for me? We
can provide one-on-one job search assistance including
resume and cover letter preparation, job referrals and
interviewing tips. In some cases we can assist with short
term training. |

Can
I substitute a W2 if I do not have a last pay stub?
No. A W2 will not
show the end date of employment. The last pay stub is
needed to show the correlation between the end of employment
and the move to Ft Hood. If you do not have the last pay
stub, you can substitute a letter from the employer with
the end date of employment. |

Am I eligible if I ETS'ed from the
military to move here with my sponsor or have ETS'ed since
arriving at Ft Hood? No. |
